I bought this hat back in 2019 for our November Oaks Day Racing carnival. This is my fourth Rios hat and it is absolutely stunning. This milliner never disappoints. They are beautifully packed considering they have to travel to Australia and aways arrive safely and undamaged. I have won best headwear three rimes out of the last 4 Oaks Day carnivals I have attended, all in Rios millinery. Sadly last years Spring Racing carnival was held without people due to Covid. Im not sure where we’ll be this year but rest assured as soon as we are out of lockdown and crowds are allowed back, I’ll be returning here looking for another spectacular Rios creation.
