Shipping policy<\/h3>\n

All orders are processed within 14 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates<\/p>\n

For\u00a0simple, flat-rate shipping, we use USPS Priority Mail which averages 3-5 days delivery and automatically includes tracking and $50.00 insurance. Higher insurance may be purchased separately and we recommend that you do so.<\/p>\n

Rush, bulk and multiple units will have a different shipping policy based on individual orders. You can always contact us<\/a> and we will do our best to accommodate.<\/p>\n

Please note, that all domestic (US) orders arrive in a custom hat box.<\/b><\/p>\n

International Shipping<\/h3>\n

We offer free shipping globally with the exceptions of Russia, Belarus or North Korea. Due to the political instability and uncertain shipping policies, we are not responsible for delays. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California, US.<\/p>\n

Rush orders and expedited shipping can be accommodated. The customer is responsible for all VAT, customs and other local restrictions\/fees\/policies.<\/p>\n

How do I check the status of my order?<\/h3>\n

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Shipping to P.O. boxes<\/h3>\n

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. You will be notified if there is a problem.<\/p>\n

Refunds, returns, and exchanges<\/h3>\n

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, or issue refunds<\/b>. We do accommodate returns and refunds If your package was damaged or lost in transit.<\/p>\n

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@ArturoRios.com<\/a> with your order number and a photo of the item\u2019s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.<\/p>\n
